Yoga, Personal Training & Massage Therapy
May 19 – 26 and September 29 – October 6 2018

Get right away from it all and give your brain and body a chance to catch up.

Life is now more busy, demanding, sedentary and baffling than ever before. And it’s not very good for you. A week long all-you-can-eat-and-drink binge in the sun might offer some light relief, but really you need to reset and recover.

Our retreats give you the chance to rejuvenate, regenerate, re-energise, relax, and re-everything else that’s good for you.
Every morning you can enjoy sunrise yoga, innovative personal training and lots of fun physical activities like surfing, cycling and hiking. In the evening wind down with restorative yoga and massage. No activities are compulsory and there are lot’s of opportunities to relax, read a book by the pool, play Pétanque or lie on the beach.
This is your chance to take time for what your mind and body needs with a great group of people too.

Simon Browne

Simon has been cooking professionally for forty years. He began this journey in Mayfair in the seventies at Langans Brasserie, forerunner to many famous and infamous establishments such as the Ivy and J Sheeky.  He has travelled all over the world always cooking and collecting ideas in places as diverse as the tribal longhouses of Borneo and luxury villas all over Europe and Mexico.

More recently his passion for food and outstanding locations has brought him to North Devon where he established the Quay Restaurant in Ilfracombe with Damien Hirst and is currently working on a book reflecting on these experiences.

Now you’ve had the introduction, think about having Simon cooking beautiful nutritious dinners for a week after a great day of rewarding exercise. Sounds pretty good doesn’t it. Simon will be cooking delicious recipes from his new book plus 2 glasses of wine per evening meal if desired.

"“Hands down the best cook I know, Simon is a true culinary master" ”
